Located in the SOMA Pilipinas Cultural Heritage District, 160 Freelon is part of a 4.5 acre mixed-use development, which includes a public park, office, retail and institutional spaces. 160 Freelon contains a total of 85 units, in a mix of studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom. The ground floor includes residential lobby, resident services offices, and a community room.
The project also includes different types of exterior common spaces: along the west facade is a double height covered play-yard connecting to the community room, laundry room and the future park. Located along the East facade is a more intimate courtyard that is also connected to the community room.
