Marketing Manager

LEDDY MAYTUM STACY Architects (LMSA) is seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Manager to join our firm to oversee and manage all project pursuits, awards, external and internal communications, marketing activities, market research and business development.

Responsibilities

Manage firm-wide marketing and communications through weekly updates to the leadership team and staff.

Support leadership team in the growth of specific market sector and individual goals, as tied to the strategic plan, annual marketing goals, and individual leadership plans.

Research pursuit opportunities in specific market sectors (community, education, affordable/supportive housing) and coordinate with leadership team on long term tracking, pursuit decisions and strategies.

Respond to RFP/RFQs: Lead proposal effort, including proposal creation, interview preparation, and oversight of submission requirements.

Respond to Awards: Oversee the awards calendar and coordinate content development and submission requirements with leadership team members.

Create high-quality client-facing communications materials to promote the firm, and ensure these assets reflect the mission and values of LMSA.

Provide writing and editing support on various communications efforts.

Support business development outreach across the studio, including identifying opportunities for networking and participation in local, state, and national organizations, events, and conferences.

Manage event planning and coordination for firm events and presentations.

Manage the firm project information, data, awards, publications, and photography.

Provide regular graphic and content updates to LMSA website, as well as social media accounts: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter to ensure current information on platforms.

Coordinate with external consultants on marketing and communications efforts.

Coordinate with Director of Finance and Operations on marketing budget and expenses.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional marketing experience in architecture or related field.

Bachelor's degree - Marketing / Communications or related degree preferred.

Prior work experience in a marketing role with an AEC firm desired.

Strong graphic design skills for the creation of marketing and communications materials including previous work experience with Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign and Photoshop.

Self-motivated and highly organized within a creative team context.

Strong people skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Knowledge of social media platforms.

Office Manager

We are looking for an Office Manager who is self-motivated, a team player, professional, attentive to detail, reliable and enjoys a creative work environment. The responsibilities of the position are outlined below. Hours: 8:30 am -5:30 pm Monday-Friday

Responsibilities

Manage office administrative activities and the day to day operation of the firm

Manage the office administrative assistant

Oversee office wide IT issues with administrative assistant support in coordination with the firm’s IT consultant

Manage employees’ benefits and enrollments

Provide HR help with on-boarding and employee exit

Manage City, State & Federal requirements affecting offices of our size and update HR manual

Assist the Director of Finance and Operations

Assist firm Principals and architects with various tasks including project contracts and administrative items

Coordinate meetings, luncheons, or other special events with administrative assistant support

Oversee inventory of office supplies, equipment and facilities to ensure smooth firm operation with administrative assistant support

Hire and oversee all office maintenance companies and consultants with administrative assistant support

Qualifications

College degree

Previous experience in office management for at least 3years

Proven management capability

Exceptional customer service skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Basic knowledge of computers and printing equipment

Advanced knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and Word

Strong organizational skills, able to multi-task, and prioritize effectively and efficiently

Great attention to detail and problem solving skills; an eye for improving functionality

Has a CA driver license with no history of accidents for at least 3 years

Over the age of 25 (for auto insurance requirements)

Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
