The collaboration between Mercy Housing California and San Francisco Housing Development Corporation in partnership with Leddy Maytum Stacy Architects and Paulett Taggart Architects will deliver housing at 455 Fell that maximizes the site’s density yet provides a healthy environment for the families that will live in the building. This design will provide the city with 112 new affordable family units.
