The housing development at Candlestick Point Block 11A will serve as a community gateway for the new neighborhood, at the former site of the San Francisco 49ers stadium Candlestick Park. Block 11A will provide 176 units of affordable housing for families of which 38 are set aside for formerly homeless families and 23 units for physically disabled households.

The Block 11A project will provide six stories of housing on top of a ground floor zoned for retail that will serve the larger neighborhood. The project will serve as a community gateway at many levels, from being visible from Highway 101; from the neighboring Candlestick Point Park; and from Harney Way, the main street of the development. A central courtyard within the project will provide a sunny, wind-protected communal outdoor space. The project is targeting GreenPoints Platinum.
