The 64 affordable apartments and on-site supportive services are wrapped around a large central courtyard that preserves two mature redwood trees. This sunny courtyard is expected to be the center of social interaction for all ages, providing for a variety of shared outdoor activities from barbecuing to sports to children’s play. The diverse community of low income individuals and families will include special needs households such as persons with developmental disabilities, formerly homeless families and Veterans.
