Located on two sites adjacent to the Channel Creek waterway, the development provides 131 residences with a mix of one, two and three bedroom plans around central landscaped courtyards. Two-story town-houses with landscaped terraces wrap the perimeter and screen the parking garage. The exterior design is based on an abstraction of the San Francisco row building rhythm with a contemporary architectural expression that is reminiscent of the historic commercial buildings and adjacent houseboats.
